[ncl-talk] Wavenumber-Frequency spectral analysis "Meridional Propagations"

Hi, I want to do the Wavenumber-Frequency spectral analysis to study Meridional 
Propagations. Attached figure is an example of the kind of plot that I want to 
create, any help?
