[ncl-talk] Plotting Reflectivity

Hi Forrest:

As long as you are within the "res"of what you are trying to plot, it
should solve your problem.

(Or, at least it solved mine, when I had a similar message.)

It is late in my neck of the woods, so I will have to leave it to someone
else to comment.
