[ncl-talk] Fwd: Make a plot

In order to change the labels on a labelbar plot, you need to provide a
label for every box using the "lbLabelStrings" resource. If there's a
particular box that you don't want a label for, use a blank string with "".

and use your browser search to find "lbLabelStrings".
