[ncl-talk] Label Bar Goes Off The page with gsnMaximize

Hi:

The "mm" won't get any closer than this.

There seems to be "space" around the label bar.

  sres at lbTitlePosition  = "Bottom"
;lbTitleOffsetF
;default is 0.03,
   sres at lbTitleOffsetF = 0.01  ; or something else
