Hi:

The previous suggestion to use panel resources was necessary to get this to
work.  Note, I added a left hand margin as well.

Now, the only remaining problem is to fix the positioning of the "mm."  It
is too low, and my previous attempts to move it up and over a bit haven't
been successful.

The position of the overlay (discussed in a previous e-mail, but not yet
implemented) will be done in the next step, and the code re-attached for
future reference.

Thank you for your suggestions -- really helpful.
