[ncl-talk] Not English city names

Hi Barry,

NCL doesn't have special font tables for foreign languages unfortunately.

Mateus da Silva Teixeira from IPMet provided a nice example for creating
words with special characters, however, like the umlaut.  Please see
example text_14.ncl:
