[ncl-talk] Issue with verticle profile plots

You *must* provide more information. How does ncl-talk know the format of
the lat/lon values?
Likely, you will have to make the conversion yourself. There are no ready
made functions.

   33 degrees and 40 min ===> 33.(40/60.) ===> 33.6667 degrees
