[ncl-talk] Read nc files in NCL

Hi Xinyue,

as a new NCL user, every email send to ncl-talk must be replied to 
ncl-talk so everybody can follow it. Don't write to individual people.

ncl_filedump is a command line tool which you should call in a terminal 
not in NCL.
