[ncl-talk] Help on reading IGRA 2 Sounding

I am trying to read IGRA 2 Sounding Data Files.
For example i want to read this file
ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/igra/data/data-por/GBM00064500-data.txt.zip
Description of the data format are available here
ftp://ftp.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/igra/data/igra2-data-format.txt

But I am have a lot of difficulties to do it.

There is someone with a script to do it?

Any help is welcome.
