[ncl-talk] Plotting spatial map of SPI

Dear Dennis,

Thank you so much. I’m aware of the area size, it is only 36 pixels of 0.5 by 0.5 degree grid. If this is possible, I will try this just to visualise the the area in terms of administrative boundaries overlaid with the geographic coordinate system?
