[ncl-talk] Issue with ploting of irregular txt/nc file

Before adding particular resources try with the minimum number needed to plot. I would suggest you to comment the following lines and try again:

  res at trGridType = "TriangularMesh"
  res at cnRasterSmoothingOn = False 
  res at mpOutlineOn   = True
