[ncl-talk] Availability of the speidx() function before 6.4 release?

Hi Dennis, Mary et al.

Is it possible to provide the source code for the speidx() function for the SPEI that is due out with ncl 6.4?  I saw that the nws heat index code has been provided on the NCL web manual pages?  Can this also be done for speidx()?
