[ncl-talk] Funding available for MSI/EPSCoR students to attend NCL Workshop in January

If you are a student at a minority-serving institution, or at
college/university in an EPSCoR state, you may qualify for travel funds to
attend the NCL workshop, January 10-13, 2017.

The deadline for applying for travel funds is December 2 (this Friday).
