[ncl-talk] Getting error while converting .grib file to netcdf format.

To clarify:

The 'cdo' are a **separate software product**. The cdo are created by Max
Planck Institute for Meteorology. The cdo and, another tool, the netCDF
Operators (NCO) are often used for assorted data handling and processing
tasks. Neither has any relation to NCL. Questions and usage of these tools
should be sent to the appropriate mailing lists.
