[ncl-talk] Tick mark spacing for gsn_csm_contour

Hi Ryan,
Instead of tmYB* I think you want tmYL* (tmYL translation =
*t*ick*m*ark *Y*-axis
*L*eft hand side).

Let ncl-talk know if that doesn't fix the issue.
