[ncl-talk] discrepancy in cmorph data

.HiI have cmorph rainfall (8km) for 2 different dates (2015112904 and 2011042300 attached). data is taken from ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/precip/global_CMORPH/30min_8km
NCL code (attached) plots only one data (2015112904). for the second data it takes unusually long time. I am attaching the 1st plot (dated 2015112904) which is Okay . But the 2nd plot (dated 2011042300) is NOT Okay.  I am unable to sort out the issue. Pls suggest
