[ncl-talk] web link typo

Thanks Alan, I've fixed this.

These particular functions are problematic, because many Mac systems are
case insensitive, and hence the documentation files for "shsgC" and "shsgc"
are seen as the same file on the Mac. I'm hoping to find time to look into
this.
