[ncl-talk] Problem running ncl_convert2nc (Error unpacking GRIB record section 4)

Attached is a gzip'd version of the netCDF file.
The 'soon-to-be-released' beta 6.4.0 returns a warning message. I will open
a JIRA ticket.
Note: I believe the numbers are correct.
