[ncl-talk] Legend in panel plot

Hi,

To create a common labelbar for the paneled plots, first you need to turn
off the individual labelbar that gets generated for each plot:

res at lbLabelBarOn = False

Then, turn on the pnanel labelbar with:

  resP at gsnPanelLabelBar    = True             ; add common colorbar
