[ncl-talk] Installation error - Resource directory does not exist

As Rick pointed out, there's an inconsistency in the NCARG_NCARG and
NCARG_LIB settings. I think you have NCARG_NCARG correct (please make sure
the spelling is correct, as there was a typo in your email), but NCARG_LIB
was incorrect. It should NOT include the "ncarg" part:

NCARG_LIB=/usr/lib6
