Hi Jinwoong,
As you are paneling it would be best to use gsn_add_polyline. See the documentation here:
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Graphics/Interfaces/gsn_add_polyline.shtml
If that does not solve the issue please respond to the new-talk email list.
