[ncl-talk] Broken link fix

Hi all,

Just an FYI...on the vorticity examples page at
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/vort.shtml, the links to uv2vrF and
uv2vrG link directly to that function name, when they should link to a
-1.shtml (e.g.
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Built-in/uv2vrF-1.shtml). There
is no page without the -1.shtml extension, so a 404 is received otherwise.
