Hi
Is there a method in ncl to split wrf out files to smaller files . Let us say if the wrfout file has 5 times I want to break the file in 5 parts and each part having the same name as the time stamp itself. I am using ncks from NCO for splitting using the following command
ncks -A -F -d Time,1,1 wrfout* -o wrfout_time1.nc
but this gives me just one time stamp which is stored in wrfout_time1.nc and I want 5 files each with the name as wrfout_d01_2000-07-08_00:00:00
Kindly let me know if some one can help please.
