[ncl-talk] spectral analysis

Dear NCL,

Is there any way to have a spectral analysis as attached.
So, the x-axis would be like in example
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/Images/spec_3_lg.png
but, x-axs will be seperated for eastward and westward frequency.
