[ncl-talk] Using gsnYAxisIrregular2Linear

Hi All-

Does anyone know why when using the gsnYAxisIrregular2Linear = True doesn't
actually shift the data with the axis?

I have attached 2 plots with the post.  One can clearly see that the data
did not move even though the axis tic marks did.  Does anyone have an
explanation why this happens?
