[ncl-talk] Questions about skewt plot

Hello
The NCL skew-T is designed to reproduce the "USAF Skew-t, log p diagram
(form dod-wpc 9-16-1).
It is had wired in many location to reproduce the non-square shape. This
makes altering the plot non-trivial.
