[ncl-talk] Problem plotting domain with NCL

Hi there,
I am having problem with plotting the domains of my ARW-WRF model with the NCL script from your website (http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/Graphics/NCL/Examples/EXPERIMENTAL/plotgrids.ncl). I have edited some of the setting slightly to alter the look of the plot but other than that I haven't changed anything.
The problem is that the NCL script isn't plotting the domain in the correct location according to the namelist. I have attached the image produced from plotgrids.exe and the image produced by the same namelist.wps in NCL and as you can see the domains are not in the same place. I have also attached the namelist.wps and ncl script I am using. 
Hopefully you can help me to get the NCL to produce the domain in the correct location as we are looking to use the NCL graphic.
