Hi Guido,
ah, I use only the first time step to test the script and forgot to
change it later. Sure you can
use the contour level settings
; Res1 at cnFillPalette = "rainbow"
colors=(/"white","lightyellow","darkorange","red"/)

gsn_define_colormap(wks,rgb)
Res1 at cnLevelSelectionMode = "ManualLevels"
Res1 at cnMinLevelValF = 0.5
Res1 at cnMaxLevelValF = 8
Res1 at cnLevelSpacingF = 0.5
If you want to plot the data on the unrotated grid you won't have your
data in a rectangle,
because now it is on the unrotated grid. If you use the native
projection the map outline
won't fit. If you have a data set, which contains the data to draw the
coastlines on the rotated
grid, you can overlay it on the native projection and set the
mpOutlineOn resource to False.
