[ncl-talk] x label query

Please search for similar issues before posting to the list - this has been
addressed many times before. You'll need to make sure that your time
variable has a unit, something like "days since 2000-01-01 00:00:00.0" -
the year can be whatever you want as it won't be plotted if you set your
strings to be just "%d %c" (giving you 1 Jan, 31 Mar)
