Kunal,

I only saw one attached script.

To force the same labelbar every time, you can try setting

res at cnLevelSpacingF

to whatever spacing you want between levels.  However, NCL should be giving
you the same contour levels if you give it the same min/max.  I would need
to see both of your scripts to see what might be going on.
