[ncl-talk] NCAR websites down for part of weekend

Hi all,

My apologies, but I should have mentioned earlier that this weekend is the
semi-annual power down of NCAR systems, which intermittently affects our
websites.

Starting Friday (Oct 10) night through Sunday (Oct 12) you may notice
limited access to our websites and supercomputers.
