[ncl-install] source activate ncl

Hello,
I just installed ncl via conda on a Mac machine. Just wondering if there is
a way not to use "source activate ncl" command everytime I start a new
terminal. Is there anything I can do in bash shell so that I do not have to
do this command every time I login.
