[ncl-install] Public Domain

Hi, I designed a peace t-shirt using the Winkel Tripel Projection map I found on line in part of the design. It had the ncl.ucar.edu address on it. I want to copyright protect the designs. But before I do I need to know if this Winkel Tripel Projection map is public domain or do I need to have your permission or have it licensed.

I don't plan on getting rich from this. I'm just a musician/songwriter who designed this for t-shirts.

It's a multicolored map with the multicolor, I believe, showing the currents in the ocean. The landmasses are gray.

Can you please let me know asap?
