[ncl-install] NCL on ARM

Thanks for reaching out to us!

NCL is available on Linux and MacOS, and as far as I know, some of the
Linux kernels had compatibility with Arm architectures (though, this
subject is beyond my expertise). Maybe some experienced NCL users could
further help you clarify this here. Regarding providing an Arm version via
conda or pre-compiled binary, we, as the GeoCAT team support, are
unfortunately only capable of supporting the existing conda installations
as of today. Again, it is something that the existing NCL users might help
out.
