[ncl-install] Installation tests

Good evening,

Do the three test commands in the set-up description (http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml) need to all work in order to indicate successful installation? Only the first two are working currently- the third does not produce the PNG file called "NUG_multi_timeseries.png," only the following message,

"Copyright (C) 1995-2019 - All Rights Reserved
University Corporation for Atmospheric Research
NCAR Command Language Version 6.6.2
The use of this software is governed by a License Agreement.
See http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/ for more details."

Should I proceed with the instructions on modifying display?
