[ncl-install] Fwd: NCL 6.6. error on Windows Linux sub-system

Dear Ehsan,
Thank you for your reply. The problem is solved. As you said the problem is
the interface. I copy/pasted the data to the Linux environment that was
the problem but when I directly go to the C drive with Unix system I could
be able to read the file.
