[ncl-install] ctrans works but nit idt

Hi,

I have installed ncatg on  ubuntu 18.04 on an i3 processor (64 bit).
Ctrans opens and displays the meta file, but idt does not. It gives the
error message

idt gmeta
reading stdout of translator: Resource temporarily unavailable
Translator aborted

Can you help me with this problem.
