[ncl-install] NCL on CentOS 8

Good afternoon,

I downloaded the precompiled binary

ncl_ncarg-6.6.2-CentOS7.6_64bit_gnu485.tar

and wanted to install on CentOS8. Ldd on the ncl or another executable in the bin
finds all the libraries except:

libssl.so.10 => not found

libcrypto.so.10 => not found

and

libgfortran.so.3 => not found

which indeed exist on the system, except they are different versions.

/usr/lib64/libssl.so.1.1.1c

/usr/lib64/libcrypto.so.1.1.1c

/usr/lib64/libgfortran.so.5.0.0


Has anyone any experience yet on CentOS 8?
