[ncl-install] NCL in Python

Hi Somnath,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting NCL installed.

Could you please copy and paste the complete error message you got?

Also, could you please run the following commands and reply with their output as well:
which ncl
echo $NCARG_ROOT
conda list -n ncl_stable
