[ncl-install] NCL in Python

Hello,

I am trying to use NCL in a conda environment after installing it in a
separate environment ncl_stable. Once I typed ncl -v i got error describing
'dyId error:Library not loaded' although I am supposed to get an image of
climate time-series as instructed in your website.

I am confused and I will be extremely grateful if you kindly help me out.
