[ncl-install] install NCL on MacOS X El Capitan

Hello! I'm triying to install NCL on my Mac, and I'm stucked on this step:

*Set the NCARG_ROOT and PATH environment variables to point to where the
software was installed*
My unix shell is bash, but there is not a file called (".bash_profile" or
".profile" or ".bashrc"), I only have ".bash_history" and ".bash
sessions"...I tried to gedit those but either I couldn't.
