[ncl-install] ncl: error while loading shared libraries: libkea.so.1.4

Dear NCL install help team,

I recently had a conflict in some conda installations and now (conda) 
ncl cannot find libkea.so.1.4 (gdal?) anymore. I tried reinstalling gdal 
and ncl, but it did not solve the problem.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
