[ncl-install] NCL Installation failure in Ubuntu 18.04

Hi Kevin,

I actually tried installing both
'ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-Debian7.11_64bit_gnu472.tar.gz' and
“ncl_ncarg-6.4.0-Debian8.6_64bit_gnu492.tar.gz”. Also I tried both OPeNDAP
binaries and non-OPeNDAP binaries of version 6.4.0. But nothing worked well
for me. Also, Ubuntu 18.04 has NCL V 6.4.0 inbuilt in its software centre.
But after installation, when you run through the terminal, it shows
something like this.
