[ncl-install] Which binaries to install on MacBook Pro macOS High Sierra 10.13.2?

Hi Tess,
I haven’t upgraded to macOS 10.13 High Sierra yet, but I think that the 10.12 binary release should work for you.
From what I recall, NCL binary releases tend to work on macOS releases newer than the version they were built on (but not vice versa), although XQuartz and the appropriate version of GCC must be installed.
