[ncl-install] NCL installing problem

Hi
I just wanted to install NCL through conda environment. When I use the
following command:
conda create -n *ncl_stable* -c conda-forge ncl=6.4.0
I am getting the message package missing in current win-64 channels:-ncl
6.4.0.
FYI, I install python 2.7 in windows 64-bit
Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
