[ncl-install] having problems running the test

Hi all;
I have install ncl for my new PC (windows 10), by following this site: https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/windows_linux_subsystem.shtmlWhen I try ncl -V, I got 6.1.2. However, when I try the following command:cp $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclex/xyplot/xy04n.ncl .
    ncl xy04n.nclI got the following error:cp:missing destination file operand after 'lib/ncarg/nclex/xyplot/xy04n.ncl'Is there any suggestion to overcome such problem? Thank you.Best regards;Edward
