[ncl-install] (no subject)

Hi!

I already downloaded this file
ncl_ncarg-6.3.0linux_debian6.0x86_64_gcc445.tar.gz to install on ubuntu. I
don't any idea how to install it. I open the terminal and wrote sudo apt-
install ncl-ncarg, but said that is unable to locate package.
