[ncl-install] NCL issue installing

To whom it may concern,

I am trying to install NCL and have run into a problem. During my second
time installing NCL I used Conda. Attached is a clip of my terminal when
trying to run NCL after installation. Is there a fix to this problem? I
have been trying different solutions for a couple of days now with no luck.
