[ncl-install] Help! NCL 6.3.0 does not work in Cygwin

Hi everyone,


When I try installing NCL version 6.3.0 in Cygwin, an error (maybe something I did wrong) occurs. 
After finishing installation, I type ncl -V but no message occurs and NCL does not work.
However, I used a version 6.1.2 for test, all things are OK. BTW, same error also occurs when I tried version 6.2.1.


Environment set in Cygwin as:
export NCARG_ROOT=/usr/local/ncl
export PATH=/usr/local/ncl/bin:$PATH
export DISPLAY=:0.0


Was there anything I did wrong? Could you help me?
