[ncl-install] getting dyld LIbrary not loaded error even after installing latest gcc5 and exporting DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH

Jatin,
You may try upgrading your gcc/gfortran compilers. My guess is that with
your previous version of MacOS, you installed the gcc/gfortran compilers
from this site:
http://hpc.sourceforge.net
which puts things in /usr/local/.
If you download a new gcc/gfortran (using the ones for El Capitan) from the
above site, it should also install to /usr/local, and it should give you
the /usr/local/libgomp.1.dylib file.
